Introduction

The introduction provides a brief overview of the entire project, what it is about,
and what’s included in this Software Development Plan. It should also describe
the project’s deliverables (what is presented to the client). Here, you don’t need
to describe everything specifically. Just a brief overview will work.
roblox is a game that has games made by anyone for anyone to play

Project Management Approach

This section is where you outline the overall management approach for the
project. Will your team use an incremental or iterative approach? Additionally,
you should also include what tools and resources your team will be utilizing.
We're gonna be taking an incremental approach in the hope that it will help us
in the long run while also making the game development process easier and
not so rushed so that the game can turn out to its best potential.
Team

Here, you should list each team member, their role, and what they will be
responsible for. Which stage of the developmental process will they primarily be
utilized and used? What norms will you and your team set to ensure effective
communication?

Project Scope

State the scope of the project in this section. This involves determining and
documenting a list of specific project goals and actions, deliverables, features,
functions, tasks, and deadlines.
The more detail included in this section, the better the product. This will help to
clarify what is included in the project and help to avoid any confusion among
project team members and stakeholders.
We hope to do lots of research in the games creativity and visuals and then later
being able to develop the game so we can release it for beta so users can test
the game. Finally we want to be able to have a pre-release in which we fix any
little things in order for the game to be released.

Organization Reflection

Consider that your team is part of a bigger organization with other teams such
as general management, operations team, human resources team, and financial
management team. How can information from those other teams support your
team? How can information from your team help support the other teams?
We can show other groups how our approach is useful and helpful in taking
off stress while also being able to develop a good game.
We can gain information from other groups on how they work on their games
and we can use things we find useful and increment them into our plan.
