The Company are partnership with different financial institutions and investors
which make our execution of projects very easy and effective without any
disappointment.

TMMCS has commenced his building engineering in Kwara State since 2016, starting
with 3bedroom flat projects and executed many building project with solid quality and
efficiency.
 A construction of 3 bedroom flat at Ajibesin Zone D Ogidi Ilorin Kwara State,
named as IYANIWURA house (in 2016)
 One story building housing of 20 shop made up of 10 shop at the ground floor and
10 shop at the first floor making 20 number of shop located in the one story

far.
