Automatic Vehicle

Locator (AVL)
The challenge was to
monitor all Nesma &
Partners (Light / Heavy)
vehicles at one time to
prevent the Motor Vehicles
Accidents.
The Solution was AVL
Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL)
Simply, it’s a system allows us to track and control our vehicles and the tracking
process includes:

1) Locating of our cars with a superb accuracy through the last updated maps.
2) Controlling vehicles through commands (on-off).
3) Recording the vehicle performance( speed, fuel consumption, temperature, etc...).
4) Monitoring our vehicle services ( change oil ,tires, Gear oil,…).
5) Monitoring driver attitude through systems applications.
How is AVL tracking system works?
The tracking system depends on GPS satellites to track vehicles
and GSM sim cards to send and receive the data to the servers.

Driver Authorization

 Driver authorization – gives ability to use


vehicle only for specific iButton owners and
identify which driver is on the road.

 The engine will not start without iButton


authorization.
Vehicle History

Tracking system also provides us with the


history of our vehicles as it stores the
movement of each vehicle through many
factors (speed, location, parks, stops,
events,..) according to specific time as we
need.
Engine Ignition Option

Allow us to control the engine ignition which


is useful in case we don’t want the driver to
start the car if stolen or unauthorized
movement happened.
Maintenance Update

We can use the device feature to determine


the proper time for upcoming services such
as( oil change, Tires , Gear, ….)
Events Notification

Tracking system makes us fully aware of any important changes


which we define as ones such as ( services, connections, speed
violations, Zone in & out, …etc.)

( Events notifications will appear on screen, Email, Mobile SMS ).


Cars Groups & User Accounts

• Allow us to combine specific cars


into groups if required.

• Also we can create more than one


user each with his own privilege as
the admin sees.
