JOB SUMMARY: The group is based in Dubai since 1954, consisting of Twelve Business
Units in the field of Trading, Import, Export, Hospitality, and Manufacturing in UAE and
Operations in Oman, Qatar, and the KSA. Group manpower strength is 600+ employees.
The Human Resources department is Centralize Structure; managing a team of 20
qualified HR & Administration staff.
Proposing and implementing Group HR & Administration strategy. Provide high-quality
leadership, and manage effective & efficient HR Operations, which delivers proactive &
business-focused HR advice and services, including recruitment, selection, employee
relations, and reward systems. Manage the implementation, development, of the HR
System, reporting to the Group CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees following the company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1- Human Resources
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and
strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training,
initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance
and strategy needs.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including,
but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters;
disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity,
recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and
development.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for
hiring and talent management.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports
and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) or
talent management system.
Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, and local
employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and
modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new
technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources
to upper management.

Develops and implements departmental budget.
Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR
staff.
2- Administration:
The role's main goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and
effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to
streamline processes
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to
facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with
attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event
planning, etc.)

JOB SUMMARY: The group is based in Dubai since 1995, consisting of Five Companies in the
field of real estate; construction; engineering consultation; aluminum and glass; Ready-mix.
Group manpower is 500 employees.
The Human Resources department is Centralize Structure; managing a team of 5 qualified HR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that the Group policies are developed and periodically reviewed, procedures for
various functions are documented and implementation of these policies and procedures is
monitored.
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audits, regulatory, risk management, and
safety requirements and procedures.
Maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all processes by ensuring that all the
technology needs of the Group are addressed (in coordination with Corporate IT).
Work closely with the CEO. to identify the current and future Human Capital needs of the
Group and provides advice on HC. Operations and personnel relations.
Support the development of the Group's workforce requirements and planning.
Compile business unit's workforce requirements into a Group HR Plan and execute
recruitment activities for the business unit in coordination with the business unit's
Manager. Supervise sourcing, selection, and interviewing.
Design, implement and ensure that performance management reviews are effectively
conducted in the business units as per guidelines and directions of the Group HR division.
Direct and implement efficient, high-quality training programs for the business unit's
employees.
Provide various HR services related to employee relations, personnel transactions, and
administrative work to the Group's employees.
Ensure that Group's compensation and benefits are equity and competitive compared to
the market.
