I worked here for 5 years from 2017 to 2022 as I.T.

officer and handled Technical


support especially in the hardware sector. We maintain a normal and smooth
operation of computers, updating basic software, troubleshooting of system error,
network printing error, voice and data troubleshooting, CCTV maintenance. We are
making reports about the error happen in the office like if its repairable or
needed to replace. Also making inventories of computer units and searching for new
technologies that can help majorities of tasks in different department if
necessary.

We simply offer courses to students. At this point, I teach consumer electronics


and computer hardware maintenance. We do a lot of paper work like lesson plans,
grading, student attendance monitoring and also my co-instructor (as Academe Head).

IETI is a professional technical school offering technical courses such as


electronics, electric, refrigerator and Aircon repair, computer hardware
troubleshooting and computer programming. I studied here in 2008 and graduated in
2010 as a Consumer Electronics and Electro-Mechanical Technology graduate. In this
school we learned about installation and troubleshooting various electronic and
electrical devices and operates with appropriate tools and equipment.

Experienced officer with vast IT experience. Skills include computer networking,


analytic thinking and creative problem solving. Ability to apply client service
concepts to IT in order to improve the client, employee and administration
experience.

When the first time I heard about virtual assistant, I find it interesting because
its a new field for me and i think this is the time to move outside my field and
