 HAVING EXPERIENCE OF DESIGN: -


 High Speed & Slow Speed Agitators: Use for batch type mixing of liquids. It contains vessel with
bearing housing and shaft assembly. Agitators are machines used in industries that process products in the
chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries for mixing liquids together, promote the reactions of
chemical substances keeping homogeneous liquid bulk during storage.

 Twin shaft disperser: Coupled with two shafts for mixing of thick material, use of limit switches makes it
automated for loading, unloading and process condition. The Twin Shaft Disperser has dual shafts, one being
with a dispersion blade for dispersion purpose and the other one being with mixing blade (anchor, butterfly
or other mixer blades)

 Single shaft disperser: Single shaft disperser (high speed) is a fully automated mixer used for paint or
chemical mixing. Hydraulic cylinder arrangement makes it more compatible for loading and unloading of
material. High speed disperser are utilized in a variety of different industries and applications. They are most
often used in the mixing processes for food, beverage, cosmetics, coatings, chemicals, inks, adhesives, and
pharmaceuticals.

 Sigma mixer: Use for mixing of high density material, horizontal mixing of material. Provided with spiral
extrusion and hydraulic tilting arrangement. The sigma mixer is the best suited mixer for pasty, sticky, and
gritty slurries with high viscosities.

 Lab stirrer: The use of the lab stirrer is a great convenience when it comes to research and development,
clinical research, education labs, and a wide variety of other uses.

 Triple Shaft Mixer: The triple shaft extends the operating range by adding either a high shear rotor stator
mixer or a second high speed disperser. The addition of a high shear rotor-stator mixer adds the capability of
emulsifying and homogenizing products that require higher shear to reduce the size of the particles being
mixed.

 Atmospheric vessels: Use for batch type mixing of liquids.


 Distillation column: A distillation column is an essential item used in the distillation of liquid mixtures to
separate the mixture into its component parts, or fractions, based on the differences in volatilities.
Fractionating columns are used in small scale laboratory distillations as well as large scale industrial
distillations.

 Heat Exchange: Heat exchangers are used to transfer heat from one medium to another. These media may
be a gas, liquid, or a combination of both. The media may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or
may be in direct contact.

 Pressure Vessel: A pressure vessel is a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure
substantially higher or lower than the ambient pressure.
