MOTION TO LIFT WARRANT OF ARREST

COMES NOW, accused FLOYD SALVADOR TRINIDAD,


by himself unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers
that:

1. On 1 August 2024, the herein Accused failed to


appear for his hearing, thus, this Honorable Court
issued an ORDER for a Warrant of Arrest to be issued
against him;

2. Accused was suffering from Bacterial Conjunctivitis


on the above-mentioned schedule hearing. He
informed the court on 5 August 2024 and presented
and/or submitted before the court staff, as shown by
the stamp of RECEIVED the MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
issued by Dr. Gerardo Austria Benitez, M.D.;

3. Accused sincerely apologize failing to appear in the


said hearing due to circumstances beyond his control,
and will do his best to conscientiously attend all the
proceedings; and,

4. Accused can still be served with notices, summons,
subpoena and other court process at his earlier given
address.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, ACCUSED FLOYD SALVADOR TRINIDAD


most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the
Warrant of Arrest issued against him be LIFTED and
RECALLED.

Other reliefs just and equitable are also prayed for.
