Answer the following questions.
1. You are an investor with P25,000 to invest. Aside from the above information, what other factors do
you need to consider to determine which option to invest in? Name at least two (2) and discuss
them in no more than three (3) sentences. (10 points: 2 items x 5 points)
The most important thing to take into account is determining when to use your capital most
effectively. One of the factors that determines where to spend your money is the other. You may
want to increase your money quickly, and you don't care if you take a chance because you have
more time to get back up after a setback.
2. The NAVPU of the above ATC funds are lower than that of BPI AMTC. Do you think it should affect
your investment decision? Justify your answer in no more than three (3) sentences.
When the price exceeds the average company value, the business makes money, and when the
price is lower than the average company value, the business loses the
economy when the price is lower than the company's typical overall worth. Additionally, ATC
funds are less than BPI AMTC, which will probably affect my choice of investments.
3. The equity fund of BPI AMTC (-11.96%) is underperforming YTD versus that of ATRAM (-8%). Does
that mean it will continue to underperform in the future? Justify your answer in no more than three
(3) sentences.
Since that suggests that a stock is expected to do just a little worse than the average
return on the stock market, I predict that it will continue to underperform. Other terms for
underperformance include "moderate sell," "weak hold," and "underweight."
