Sub: Legal Notice of unpaid consultation fees

Dear Ganesh Dutt,

This letter serves as Legal Notice that you owe legal service in the
name of NISHANT SHARMA Advocate & Legal Consultant Office: Tehsil Complex VPO &
Sub Teh- Raja Ka Talab Distt. Kangra H.P. Pin 176051 on dated 15 August 2024 for
Release of Vehicle from court custody of challan of vehicle Motor Cycle Reg.No. PB 10
EY 5243 Model -Pulsar 220 cc in the name of Sh.Nand Lal the owner of the Vehicle
which was pending in the court of ACJM Nurpur and same was enlisted on 17-08-2024.
The amount of challan already disclosed to you noticee despite you don't have any
knowledge about the same Challan receipt you received during the challan you showed
to me with all necessary documents of vehicle such as RC, Sale Purchase affidavit
etc on dated 15 -08-2024.The complete information was given to you about the
procedure of challan ,you have accepted the deal in same order oral assurance of
was given by me and finally you noticee decided to meet in court for the same. That
on 17-08-2024 in respect of legal services when I reached there in court premises
Judicial Court Complex Nurpur I found out you had hired another lawyer for the same
when we talked about this you requested me to take the consultation fees of Rs. 1000/-
and let another lawyer handle my case . I agreed and then I carried on with my work. I
had called you on phone regarding this, then you had told me that you will deposit it in
the account in the evening But neither that evening came nor the money came .
Because of which I send this legal notice to you . That you noticee have to bear the
consequences if you do not pay it within 7 days, of this prior notice , then instead of
Rs.1000 /- you will have to pay Rs. 2000/- along with the cost of this legal notice.If
payment is not received within this timeframe, I will have no choice but to explore all
available legal options. These actions may include pursuing legal proceedings to
recover the amount . If legal proceedings are initiated, such action will be at your cost
and perils.

Copy of this notice is kept safe in my office for further action.
