vagina of the victim.
- The accused pleaded not guilty of the 2 counts of charges
- The accused was charged with qualified rape on the first case and lascivious acts on the
2nd case.

- Valbury Assets were not given permission/ they are not authorized to collect and trade
currencies with SEC.
- The court found the guilt beyond reasonable doubt because the petitioners were directly
communicated by the respondents.
