This is to certify that the operation of KYLA CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY,


Contractor of Project funded by the Department of Public Works and
Highways (DPWH), Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Poblacion
Sur, Barcelona, Sorsogon, at Brgy. Poblacion Sur, Barcelona, Sorsogon, has
been delay due to existing previously residential houses in the area that need to
be demolished which prohibit the contractor from performing works in
accordance with the approved construction schedule.
This certification is issued upon of the request of KYLA CONSTRUCTION
SUPPLY for whatever legal purposes it may serve him/her best.
