Receptionist: Good morning, thank you for calling Tam Duc clinic.

This is Nghi
speaking.
How may I assist you today?
Patient: Good morning. I’d like to schedule an appointment with Dr.Linh, please.
Receptionist: Of course! May I have your name, please?
Patient: My name is Hiếu.
Receptionist: Thank you, Hiếu . Have you visited our clinic before, or will this be
your first time seeing Dr. Linh?
Patient: I’m an existing patient. I’ve seen Dr. Linh a few times before, the last visit
was about six months ago for a routine check-up.
Receptionist: Great, I’ve found your records. Could you tell me a bit more about
why you need to see Dr. Linh this time?
Patient: Sure. I’ve been experiencing some back pain for the past couple of weeks,
and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. I think I need to have it checked out to see
what’s going on.
Receptionist: I’m sorry to hear you’ve been in pain. Back pain can be really tough
to deal with. Dr. Linh is an excellent choice for that. Let’s find a time that works
for you. Dr. Linh is available tomorrow at 2:00 PM, or if you prefer, we have an
opening the day after tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Does either of these times work for
you?
Patient: Tomorrow at 2:00 PM sounds good. I’d like to get in as soon as possible.
Receptionist: Perfect. I’ve scheduled your appointment for tomorrow at 2:00 PM
with Dr. Linh. Do you need any additional assistance or information before your
visit?
Patient: But I also have some problems with my teeth, I wonder if I can contact
Dr. Minh for a visit after I see Dr. Linh?
Receptionist: I think it will take you about 1 hour to check with Dr. Linh, so I will
check if Dr. Minh is free at 3 pm and I will inform you later.
Patient: I will wait for good news from you. Thank you for your support.
Receptionist: Do you need more information or other support?
Patient: No, that’s all I needed. Thank you for your help!
Receptionist: You’re welcome, Mr. Hiếu. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
If you need to reschedule or have any other questions, feel free to call us.
Patient: I will. Thanks again, have a great day!
