Proposed Statement of the Problem:

This study aims to determine the role of barangay officials in enforcing curfew ordinances among youths in
Brgy.Gomez, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, the effectiveness of their methods and identifying challenges encountered
in the enforcement process.

The study aims to answer the following research questions:

1. What challenges do officials face while enforcing the curfew among youths?

2. What enforcement strategies do barangay officials employ to manage curfew violations?

3. How do barangay officials perceive their role and responsibilities in curfew ordinance enforcement?

4. What recommendations do barangay officials to enhance the effectiveness of curfew enforcement?

Proposed Statement of the Problem:

This study aims to determine the impact of street lightning on Women’s perception of Safety in
Brgy. Gomez, Malasiqui Pangasinan and seeking to understand the correlation between lighting levels and
women’s sense of security.

The study aims to answer the following research questions:

1. How does street lighting affect how safe women feel in Brgy. Gomez, Malasiqui Pangasinan?

2. Does poor lighting affect women’s decisions to walk alone or go outside at night?
3. What changes would women suggest to improve street lighting and make them feel safer?
