12:00 PM: Coordinator Sylvia arrives; Photog Kimberly arrives
1 PM: Groom and groomsmen arrive and get dressed in shirt, pants and shoes only; bride, mom
and bridesmaids getting ready photos; Bride’s dad, Groom’s parents and all siblings arrive
1:45 PM: Dad’s 1st look followed by pics with bride’s immediate family
2:00 PM: Groom and groomsmen getting ready photos; Groom’s immediate family photos
3:00 PM: Bride and Groom 1st look followed by portraits
4:00 PM: Full wedding party photos; all extended family arrives dressed and ready
4:30 PM: Bride and Groom pics with all family
5:00 PM: Photos done, freshen up and tuck away in suites; wedding party takes all alcohol to bar
and packs up/tidies up suites; Prelude music, guests start arriving
5:20 PM: all family and wedding party except bride line up inside Barn
5:30 PM: Ceremony
5:50 PM: Ceremony ends, food opens to guests
6:20 PM: husband and wife portraits fishing and car (can do private dinner here or portraits,
whichever is better for sunset lighting, Kimberly will decide)
6:40 PM: couple enjoys private dinner and photog/videographer break
7 PM: wedding party grand entrance –bride & groom 1st dance (Sylvia dim lights), bride/dad,
groom/mom inside Barn
7:15 PM: cake cutting, special bouquet toss, Coordinator departs
7:30 PM: Dance floor opens outside! Dance the night away!
9:45 PM: DJ announces garter toss! After garter DJ announces for guests to go to the front for
pom pom exit (couple does private dance w/ photog)
10:00 PM: Grand exit with pom poms, photographer departs; reception ends
10:00-11: Vendor tear down- personal items collected and loaded out by designated
family/friends
