Dear Sir,

Reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to appoint you as “3RD OFFICER” on Board our
Principal’s vessel “MV. Meghna Sun”. Your appointment is subject to following terms and conditions:-

1. You will be paid a consolidated salary of USD 2400/- (USD Two Thousand Four Hundred) only or its equivalent in
Bangladeshi Taka per month. This is inclusive of all allowances.

2. Your service contract on Board will be for a minimum period of 07(Seven) to 09(Nine) months at owner/manager
option. If you sign off before expiry of contract period, you will have to bear your repatriation cost.

3. A minimum of 30 days’ notice will be required prior signing off from the ships article or terminating this contract.

4. The management also reserves the right to terminate this contract on grounds of Gross misconduct, Gross negligence,
Incompetence, Smuggling or any other disciplinary grounds.

5. You will abide by the rules, regulations and fleet circulars issued from time to time by the company. And your services
contract terms & condition at attached.

6. Salary will be effective from the date of joining the vessel. In case of flying the basic salary will be paid from date of leaving
the country.

7. You will have to sign a separate service contract/agreement in the Company’s prescribed format.

We take this opportunity to welcome you on board our Principals vessel and hope you will put in your best efforts to discharge your
duties.

Fixed Over Time: (120 hours) USD = 240.00
