Abstract:
In light of fluctuations in oil prices in international markets and its impact on Algeria's income from
foreign currency and on development plans the Algerian government sought to develop mechanisms that
would contribute to the promotion of Algerian exports outside hydrocarbons in line with the policy of
diversification of the national economy, as it has the potential and resources that enable it to enter the
international markets, especially in the African area.
This research paper aims to shed light on the most important measures set by the Algerian
government to encourage exports outside hydrocarbons and their repercussions on export operations, and
facing the current challenges in the environment of a market economy based on supply and demand
mechanisms, where the study concluded that despite the efforts made to achieve the established goals,
only The results were not up to expectations, and exports outside of hydrocarbons are still marginal
