What is QAM?
In practical terms, QAM can be used in various applications, such as Wi-Fi, digital
television, and cellular communications. The number of different amplitude and
phase combinations defines the order of QAM (e.g., 16-QAM, 64-QAM, 256-
QAM), with higher orders allowing for more data to be sent simultaneously but
often requiring a better signal quality to avoid errors..

CONCLUSION:
After simulating QAM in Simulink, the results confirm that higher-order QAM
increases data throughput but requires higher signal quality (SNR) to maintain
reliable communication. The output shows the trade-off between data rate and error
performance, with lower-order QAM offering better resilience to noise. Overall,
QAM is an effective method for high-speed data transmission in communication
systems.
