Rona and her 9 months old baby facing challenges in her early pregnancy, feeling overwhelmed and anxious about
her future. She expresses that her partner has not provided any support, leaving her to navigate this experience
alone. Despite her family's willingness to help, Rona feels the emotional burden of being a single parent in this
critical time.

B. Environment/ Community
The family lives in a convenient location, with essential facilities such as a mall, market, and hospital nearby.
However, the barangay lacks proper resources and readiness for emergency situations, particularly fire prevention,
which poses a significant risk to the community.
Rona, the individual in focus, is influenced by her environment in both positive and negative ways. While there are
conveniences nearby, the social environment within her immediate surroundings, especially in the backyard where
she spends time with friends, has a negative impact on her. She often disregards her parents’ advice and tends to
follow her own decisions, which has led to behavioral challenges and strained family relationships. This influence
from her social circle appears to be stronger than the guidance provided at home.
V. Assessment
The client was advised to visit the health center for appropriate postnatal care. Ensuring she receives guidance on
childcare, health, and wellness is essential, especially for her young baby. She requires ongoing support to navigate
her responsibilities as a young mother, as well as encouragement to prioritize her health and her child's
development.
Overall Goal:
VII. Recommendation
It's essential to remind her that continuing her education is not only possible but can also lead to better
opportunities for her and her child. Emphasizing that many successful individuals have faced similar challenges can
serve as motivation for her to persevere. With determination and support, Rona can also need a health care
especially her child and encourage Rona to enroll ALS and balance motherhood and education, paving the way for a
brighter future for both herself and her child.
