Ma’am/Sir,

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation as Salesman in your company. My last day of work is
expected to be on May 2, 2024, month from now. It is for the reason that I need to move to a nearer
working area for my peace of mind. I am not comfortable being away from my family , knowing that
killing incidents in the 3rd District of Leyte nowadays are rampant.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities that you had given me. I value the insights, experiences
and the good treatment that you showed and shared. I also would like to thank you for being supportive
of my professional growth. I really appreciate and enjoyed the days working with you.

I wish you all the very best in the future, and I appreciate your understanding on this matter. I will be
very eager to respond to any questions you may have over the weeks.
