1. These Terms and Conditions along with the estimate of works ("Estimates") provided by ARUNA'S
INTERIO which tells the services set out the entire contract between ARUNA'S INTERIO and you (the
"Client") and will apply once an appointment has been made to provide ARUNA'S INTERIO services (the
"Services").
2. The estimate may vary from a range of 10% to 15% after the finalisation of designs.
3. The rates mentioned above are subject to change with respect to considerable changes.
4. Services like fixing bathroom fixtures, curtain rods, plant holders, swing hooks, hangers, AC units, Geyser
will be charged accordingly.
5. Decorative items and/ or anything similar which are not included in the quotation are charged
separately. Bed cushions, Head board cushioning, wall panel cushions, seating cushions will be charged
as per Sft.
6. At vanity area, fixtures like washbasin, tap, granite platform would not be fixed unless mentioned.
7. The work will progress as per the amount we receive against the agreement.
8. From time to time, ARUNA'S INTERIO may need to purchase products for the Client in addition to the
scope of work already proposed. In such cases, full payment of the agreed purchase price is required from
the Client prior to purchasing the agreed products.
9. We will not commit on any date of handover as there may be any last minute changes in the work.
10.We would be able to execute any non-scheduled works under client's instructions.
11.All electrical and water supplying should be provided by client at the time of work.
12.Any deduction of items after finalizing the designs will be deducted only 80% from actual price.
13.Any rework due to client are charged accordingly and proposed time line may change
14.Once the laminates are confirmed, ordered and sent to the site, they cannot be replaced.

 The Coded Cost is applicable only for plain area.
 Designs will be charged as per Sft.
 Borders Pattie will be charged as per Sft.
 False Ceiling Lights Cutting will be done for free.
 Profile Light Cutting will be charged as per Rft.
