Website Delivery Contract

Contractor Agreement

Tap-here LLP (herein known as “Contractor”) will provide Adv. Jasmeen Kaur (herein
known as “Client”) with a Fully Functional Law Portfolio Website as outlined in the
specifications listed in the Terms and Conditions below.

Description of the Services


Tap-Here LLP will Design, Develop and Host a Law Portfolio website for 1 year and
deliver it to Adv. Jasmeen Kaur by 25 April 2024

Pricing/Rates
● ₹8,000 For Designing, Developing & Hosting the website for Adv. Jasmeen Kaur 1 year
(25/4/2024 - 25/4/2025)

Payment Terms/Schedule
₹3,000 paid upfront on 21/4/2024 and the rest ₹5,000 upon completion of the project by
25/4/2024 Payable by Card / Bank transfer / UPI

Contract in effect beginning: 21-April-2024

Terms and Conditions

The following rates and terms apply:

Client will pay the sum of [₹8,000 – mentioned for the entire contract] to Contractor via
Card/ Bank Transfer/ UPI as agreed to by both parties, no later than the 25 April 2024 of the
agreed-upon payment schedule, for work delivered and accepted by the Client.

The contractor will provide the following as per deliverable dates mutually agreed upon:

● Fully Functional Law Portfolio Website for Adv. Jasmeen Kaur, Designed &
Developed by Tap-Here.in & hosted for 1 year on Netlify Servers.
● 3 Free Revision in the details and visual elements of the website
Scope of Project
Contractor agrees to perform services until the engagement has ended on the agreed-upon.

Legal

Contractor declares that they cannot guarantee completed work will be completely error-free,
as such they can’t be liable to the Client or any third party for damages, including lost profits,
lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even with prior advisory. If
any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then
that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Copyright

The Client will own the copyright for all material created under this agreement, and the
contractor can showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces only with consent
and approval from the client.

Termination
This agreement may be terminated with 3 days written notice by either party. All the initial
deposit is completely refundable.
