job.Add some jobs and tasks by this button

:Delete job.If :Print

you want to delete any jobs ,take this button.

job.Use this button you can print some tasks and jobs.

:Pause and resume.When it is printing ,take this button ,the machine will be
pause.If you want resume the task ,take it again. :Abort job.During printing ,take
this button ,the job will be aborted.And never resume again.

:Check nozzle.Use it for checking whether the printheads are OK. Postscript
ostscript:: 1.If the printing result as the following picture

That mean the printheads need cleaning.Please use the clean system for cleaning.
2.Clean the printheads until the printing result as the following picture.

:Auto clean.It is prepare for the auto cleaning system,but it is useless

yet. :Spray.Manual spray,after the auto spray appear,it it no use anymore. :Single
head clean.It is ready for the auto cleaning system,but it is useless yet. :Move
left.Cause the carriage moving left. :Move right.Cause the carriage moving
right. :Set print origin.Set the origin of printing, :Move forward.Cause the
material moving forward.

Setup menu Include Tools menu ,Work Forder,Preview and Setting. 1. "Tools" menu
1."Tools" Contain:Save, Load,Save To Printer,Load From Printer,Calibration
Wizard,Factory Write,Update,Password and About.

Save Save:save the data set to the computer. If you change the computer the data
will not exist. Load Load:load the data set from the computer. Save To Printer:save
the data set to the mainboard. Even you change the computer the data still exist.
Load From Printer:load the data set from the mainboard. Caution:After
debugging ,please save it to the computer or the mainboard.We suggest customer to
save it to mainboard.

Calibration Wizard This part is very important for the printing quality.Please pay
more attention to it. It contain mechanical check and software adjust.Software
adjust include horizontal bi-direction,horizontal left,horizontal right,step and
vertical. Mechanical check:

Use the button "Print",then check the result.

As the picture show,the magenta color is not match the black ,and the 4 lines are
not in line.Please use the tool to adjust the printheads,and make sure all the
printing result as following picture.

Software adjust (Postscript:before this ,please change the base step as about
13000.

Horizontal Bi-direction As you know, the printing contain undirection and

bidirection.The undirection printing's efficiency is lower than the
bidirection's.If you want to print only by uindirection,the Horizontal adjust is no
use any more.

You can change different DPI and different speed.As the following picture.

Please check whether the "0" position is ok.If the printing result as above
picture, please change the data picture:

(Add 2)Make the last result as the following

Horizontal:Left It adjusts the data of printing when the carriage moving left.(If
you want to print only by uindirection,you do not need to adjust it.) Please make
sure every head printing result as the following picture(we use the black as a
sample):

The adjusting method is the same as the bidirection adjust.

Horizontal:Right It adjusts the data of printing when the carriage moving right.(If
you want to print only by uindirection,you do not need to adjust it.) Please make
sure every head printing result as the following picture(we use the black as a
sample):

The adjusting method is the same as the bidirection adjust. Step It adjust the
steps between pass and pass.Neither too much nor too little is suitable.

The base step need to change to about 13000. In this part,you can adjust from 1
pass to 108 pass by change this .Of course,you don't have to do it.But you need
adjusting the one usually be used for printing.Such as 2 pass or 3pass. The sample:

As the picture show,the "-2" position is best.Then change

(minus 2),and

press to change the step. Please make sure the printing result as the following
picture:

Vertical The vertical adjust include 4 colors.Base on the magenta ,the other three
need to be adjusted.

As the picture above,please change the data for adjusting.(K minus 1) Please make
sure three colors printing result as the following picture:

After that press finished.End the calibration. Factory Write:

Then it will ask the password,and the password is "000D0100".press Verify.

Ink Type Select ink type: A; B or C. Jet Speed Select jet speed: 5.0; 5.5 or 6.0.
Ink Curve Write the type file of head to Printheadboard: KM512 or KM256. Color
(color NO) Select color number: 6 or 4 Group Select the group of the printheads.by
1,2,3 or 4.

Width Select the print width:180,250,320,330,350,500,550,600or1000cm For the TAIMES

T7 or T5 printer we choose the width 330 or 350cm. HeadType Select printer head
type: M is 14pl and L is 42pl One Head Two color It was designed for the two color
print head. Vertical Arrangement It was designed for the print head vertical
arrange. Color Space. Setting color space in accordance with the head installer
position, the unit is centimeter. Group Space Setting group space in accordance
with the head installer position, the unit is centimeter. After setting ,press OK
and restart the printer. Update Update the software by it.If you want to update the
software press it and open the update file.After updating please restart the
printer. Password For protecting the profit of the agents we set the password for
the printer.Different period different password.For the end user we support the
permanent password. If you need any help call us or our agents. About It show the
information of the machine.

Work Forder 2. 2.Work It is a way for the software to connect with the computer.

Task after RIP

Select the task after RIP to the task menu for printing.

3.Preview Preview for the task and show the detail.

In this part,you can change the origin of printing,the steps, the pass number, the
speed of printing and bidirection or unidirection. Caution:

The steps can be changed during printing by this way.And the pass number must match
with the task for printing.

4.Setting Setting the jump white before printing.Contain the time and the space.

Feather setting.Type include gradient,uniform,wave and advance.Feather can be

changed from 0 to 100.

Color lump setting.Set the space ,width.Placement can be left ,right,both, none.

Change the language by English(US),Chinese(simplified),Chinese(traditional)and

Thai.Unit by centimeters,inches,feet,meters and millimeters.

This part is ready for auto cleaning system,but it is no use yet.

Spray setting.

Caution:before cleaning the print heads ,please close the idle spray.After
cleaning,open it. Temperature and Voltage It is about the print heads,so it is
important. Base Voltage must be input by keyboard according to the print head.
Nozzle temperature are not allow too high,or taking bad influence to print heads.

Status bar In this place ,the status is shown.In the other words ,if there is
something wrong with the machine,the user can find it in this place.Otherwise,it
will show ready. At the right side of status bar,it show the situation of ink
pump.For example ,the yellow pump was working ,then the yellow would flicker.
