Job Description

Project Karna , a venture-backed stealth-mode startup, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and distributed team. Our leadership boasts a
wealth of experience from prestigious institutions and industry giants such as IIT, MIT, Cornell,

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced machine learning algorithms and models, with a focus on
neural network architectures.
- Conduct hands-on coding, training, and fine-tuning of machine learning models to ensure high
performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into scalable
products and services.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis to understand data patterns and drive the innovation of
machine learning techniques.

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with a solid


foundation in mathematics.
- 0-3 years experience in ML/AI related roles after graduation
- A sound understanding of the fundamentals of modern neural network architectures, including
but not limited to CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and Transformers.
- Hands-on experience in building, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning
frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team
environment.
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services or other cloud AI platforms

Location : India remote or Bangalore hybrid

Preferred Qualifications

- A track record of published research or contributions to open-source projects in the field of


machine learning.
- Experience with AI for Audio and/or Video data pipelines
- Familiarity with MLOps practices like model monitoring, CI/CD, etc
