The ATC clearence must be obtained 15 minutes before the depart time, and after the clearence
is received and confirmed, with the final load data the briefings must be done.
Example:
“Guarulhos (delivery) clearence, fly high one two three fower, stand two one one lima,
information alfa, request ATC clearence to sierra bravo golf lima.”
Briefings
The briefing must verbalize the NOTAMs, the aircraft status (the aircraft could be dispatched
with a “MEL item”, use the placard placed as reference on the cockpit.
Exemplo:
“Ciente dos NOTAMs, a aeronave está “OK”, take-off data card, (INIT REF PAGE ->) zero fuel de
cinquenta e quatro toneladas, com cinco mil de combustível, totalizando cinquenta e nove toneladas,
temperatura assumida de 60 graus, (N1 LIMIT PAGE->) com N1 de 95.0%, e com full take-off thrust
