Cleaning Challenges
Making cleaning fun again!
The "one step at a time" approach has been scientifically
proven to help you get more things done. This is because when
we are faced with big tasks we tend to procrastinate and avoid
getting it done, simply because we don't know where to start!
These easy cleaning challenges have been designed to
disassociate the overwhelming feeling of keeping your home at
all times and make cleaning more fun. All challenges should
take no longer than 10 minutes (and if you don't believe me,
time yourself!). Do one challenge a day, one challenge a week
or all in one day and get your family to chip in to! However you
decide to do these challenges, I hope you have lots of fun doing
them.
