Based on our pest management experience and expertise SINCE 1985, we are pleased to submit our
recommendation & scope of work for your kind attention. Details are as following:

COCKROACHES AND COMMON ANTS CONTROL

How to Identify Common Ants:
1. Entry: Ants can enter through even the tiniest cracks, seeking water and sweet or greasy food
substances in the kitchen pantry or storeroom areas.
2. Scent trails: Ants leave an invisible chemical trail which contains pheromones for others to follow
once they locate the food source.
3. Nest locations: They can nest about anywhere in and around your house; in lawns, walls, stumps,
even under foundations.
4. Colony size: Colonies can number up to 300,000 to 500,000, and whole colonies can uproot and
relocate quickly when threatened.
5. Colony Lifetime: A colony can live a relatively long lifetime. Worker ants may live seven years, and
the queen may live as long as 15 years.

How to Keep Cockroaches & Ants Away:

1. ELIMINATE FOOD SOURCES
2. CLEAR ALL WASTE FOOD AND SPILLAGE
3. REMOVE ALL FORMS OF CLUTTER

SCOPE OF WORK - RESIDUAL SPRAYING & GEL BAITING:

1. Residual Spraying to all accessible sensitive and high risk areas such as corridors, riser and
ducts, septic tanks, toilet holes, ceiling junctions, floor skirting and kitchen wall and cabinet.
A safe and effective knockdown residual pesticide will be used to control the above pests.
Pesticide will be rotated with other active ingredients to get more effectiveness results.
2. Gel Baiting, this is the latest technique whereby very minimal spraying is required. Thus,
there is no smell and a chance of contamination is very low. Gel baits are placed at strategic
area such as working station, kitchen cabinet and electronic appliance. This treatment comes
with at extra charge(s).

Important Note 1. Periodic pesticide rotation to ensure that pests will not become resistant.
2. Please ensure to practice a good housekeeping at all areas.
3. Please do not clean edges (floor & countertop) for several days, weeks or as long as
possible. Residuals and gel bait can be effective for 60-90 days if not cleaned away or
exposed to severe weather conditions.
