1. Why did you choose ATI-Barcenaga for your work immersion?

“I chose ATI-Barcenaga because I want to learn more about sustainable agriculture and how it helps
communities. I believe the training and experience I gain here will enhance my understanding of
farming and food production.”

2. What do you know about ATI and its mission?

“I know that ATI focuses on training individuals and farmers in sustainable agriculture, aiming to
improve food security and livelihood through education and skills development.”

3. Do you have any prior knowledge or experience in agriculture or related fields?

“While I don’t have formal experience, I am very interested in learning more about agriculture,
especially farming practices and animal care, which align with my academic background and future
goals.”

“This immersion will give me hands-on experience and practical knowledge, which will be valuable
for my academic studies and help me understand the importance of agriculture in our economy and

“I’m Prince Harold S. Maestro, a senior high school student from the STEM strand. I am eager to
explore new fields and gain hands-on experience, particularly in agriculture, which is vital for
community growth and sustainability. I’m hardworking, quick to learn, and open to new challenges.”

12.How do you handle new environments or tasks you’ve never done before?

“I approach new environments with curiosity and a positive mindset. I make sure to carefully listen
to instructions and ask questions when needed. I also believe in observing first and practicing the
tasks to gain confidence and improve my skills.”

13.What skills do you think are important for this immersion?

“I believe adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential. Also, a willingness
to learn, physical stamina, and attention to detail will help me carry out tasks effectively, especially
in an agricultural setting.”

“One challenge could be adjusting to physically demanding tasks, but I am prepared to take it step
