Subject: Filling up the Examination Forln for Semester-I/I/Ill/IV„/VI RegularAVCWEB


students (Annual Scheme Part-I/I/Ill) for all U.G. & P.G. programs for the Academic
session 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024.

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the link for filling up the
examination form for Semester-I/II/Ill/Ivrv/VI Regular/NCWEB students (Annual Scheme
Part-I/II/Ill) of uG and PG Programmes for those students who could not fill Examination Forms
for the Academic Session 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 has been
opened as a special measure.

2. The concerned students can submit their Examination Form/alongwith the requisite fees latest
by 21.11.2024 (Thursday) till 5.00 p.in. Examination Branch has created a portal for the
student and Faculty/ Department/ College for submitting the Examination Form and verification
thereof respectively for all U.G and P.G. programmes including NCWEB (Annual Scheme Part-
I/11/Ill) for examination session November-December 2019, May-June 2020 and November-
December 2020 & May-June 2021, November-December 2021 & May-June 2022, November-
December 2022 & May-June 2023, November-December 2023 & May-June 2024 only. The link
for filling up the Examination Form is given below:

• The Faculty/Department/College may confirm the Examination Form on the link

• The portal forverification of the Examination Form shall be operational up to 22.11.2024
till 5.00 p.-
• The requisite fees shall be collected as per the University Notification No. Dean
un/VI/2009 dated 19th September, 2o09.
• The user ld and password forthe portal shall be the same as allotted.

3. Important Notes:

(a) This is the last chance for filling up the examination form for the Academic session
2019-2020, 2020-Z021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024 and no further
extension would be granted under any circumstances,
