At the above mention date and time Security supervisor received complain from Villa 24B about
delivery bikes parked in garden area walkway and all bike riders sitting talking with each other’s.
Explained the issue to site manager every day but he replied gives us proper one space for
parking than we will not park here.
Note: these all issues storing items common area, bikes parking walkway garden area and tables
setup in sika area and blocking the walkway every weekend, security every time reporting but
still there is no any changed or action have been taken yet.

SECURITY APPROACH Security supervisor approached the site manager of tayba explained
him about the violation which is not allowed but as usual he said
give us proper parking place than we will not park here.
TENANT COMMENT The site manager just as usual said give us alternate parking space.

SECURITY COMMENT The security supervisor approached Tayba's site manager and
explained the parking violation, emphasizing that such actions are
prohibited. However, the site manager reiterated their usual
response, stating, "Provide us with proper parking space, and we will
not park here."
TENANT COMMENT The site manager repeated the usual request for alternative parking
arrangements. A violation undertaking was issued accordingly

security CCTV personnel observed delivery bikes belonging to
Tayba Restaurant parked in a non-designated area, which is not
allocated to Tayba Restaurant for parking. Despite prior
communication with Tayba Restaurant manager, Mr. Ahmad, and
the bike riders about avoiding parking near resident parking slots to
prevent potential damage or scratches to vehicles, the issue was
repeated. Upon identifying the violation, the security staff
approached the area and notified the Tayba Restaurant manager
about the unauthorized parking. The manager argued with the
security supervisor, claiming that WASL had granted permission to
park bikes for delivery purposes and refused to engage further,
advising security to address the matter with WASL instead. To
mitigate further issues, the bikes were immediately removed from
the unauthorized parking spots. It is worth noting that security had
previously installed a steel pole in the designated parking area and
instructed the Tayba manager to inform staff to park the bikes next
to it. Despite these measures, the delivery bikes were once again
observed parked in unauthorized areas multiple times, leading to a
complaint from a resident of Block 11-103. Despite repeated
communication and preventive efforts, Tayba Restaurant staff
continues to park delivery bikes improperly, causing inconvenience
to residents.
TENANT COMMENT The manager argued with the security supervisor, stating that they
had permission from WASL to park the bikes in the area for delivery
purposes and refused to discuss the matter further, advising
security to report the issue to WASL instead.
