UIDAI shall provide Iinancial a.ssistance to Registrar lbr every such

enrr:lntent which results in generation ol an Aadtraal numl:er as well as lbr
rnandatory biometric enrolment / updates in the r:ase of residents alreacly
enrollcd whcn they cross 5 yerars and 15 years ol'age and any other Aadhaar
scnrice as deciderl by TJIDAI from time to tinre; t}e assistance shall lte
relcased as per rates duly approved by ttre UIDAI and as per proceclures
determined by UIDAI. For the otirer Aadhaar senrices provided, UIDAI shall
permit the Registrar to ctrarge the resident as per t.ire rates fixed l:y IJIDAI

penalties, both civil and crirninal.

b. The Regisl.r:ar shall hilve ir noll-rlxclusivc right to rrse the Aaclliaar logo and

Update to resident(s)/NRI,'subject to the conclitior\ that all rights, title arid
interest, including intellectr-ral properRr rights, in the Aadhaar logo and
Tagline shall vest, al all times with UIDAI.

c. The Registrar shall use the Aadhaar logo ancl Taglinc, without any
rnodilication, in i.ts promotional, educational amd informational literature, till
the tJn-re it ceases to be the Registrar of UIDAI as per the guidelines which

tHI Dispute Resolution

In the el,ertt ol any disprrl.c or dil'ference bel.ween the parties ]reretn. srrr:lr
disputes or differences shall be resolvecl amicably, within 90 days, by rnutual
consttltation. If sur:h resolution is not possible, then unresolved disprlte or
dilferences shall be reii:ned for arbitration by the sole arbitratr:r, to be
appoinl.ed by the lllDAl. "Ilhe provisions of the Aititration & Conciliation Ar:t,
