SWV Variable Swirl Diffuser

■ Description
SWV variable swirl diffusers are one of latest series of products of our company.
They are applicable for spaces with a height of more than 3.8m, such as airport,
waiting hall in stations, theatre, stadium, industrial workshop, business hall, large
conference room, reception hall, shared space in department store, and etc.

SWV variable swirl diffusers adopts hydrokinetics principle for the design of its
blade, by which the blade pushes the current by means of swirl with a certain
initial velocity to achieve a larger throw distance, bigger space covered by a jet,
and more efficient convection current effect. Meanwhile the blade could change its
quadrant angle to adapt to different conditions by blowing rotating current of
horizontal, slant, and vertical directions.

■ Features
• Supply 4 optional specifications, i.e., 315, 400, 630, 800.
• Averaging air blowing, and variable shape of air current.
• Easy installation; connected and hung directiy with hooks.
• White powder coat oven baked as standard.

■ Three Conditions

The blade could be adjusted to refigeration The blade could be adjusted to normal The blade could be adjusted to warming
mode to adapt to summer conditions. temperature mode to adapt to the fresh wind mode to adapt to winter condition. Warm
Cold air blows out by means of diffusing conditions in spring and autumn to supply jets are amassed vertically to be supplied

JET DIFFUSERS

CL Jet Diffuser (Pankah Louver)

■ Description
ASLI CL ball type jet diffusers are excellent for spot heating and cooling which
provides ventilation to places where distribution of air via ceiling diffuser is not
possible or not practical. The nozzle of the diffuser can be rotated in any direction
off center. The air volume is adjustable by turning a knob on the nozzle. No special
tools or techniques are required. Kitchen, factories, stadiums or any places where
the conditioned air needed to move from an inaccessible place to the work
environment is easily handled by ASLI CL jet diffuser. For industrial applications,
air showers with numerous ASLI CL jet diffusers is an effective way to eliminate
contaminants.

JET DIFFUSERS

CG Jet Diffuser
■ Description
ASLI CG drum type jet diffusers consist of fixed outer frame, adjustable inner core
and blades. The inner core and blades be adjusted to 30˚ upward or downward and
45˚ towards left and right respectively. The blades are joined with linkage therefore
it is easy to adjust the blades by just adjusting a single blade. ASLI CG drum type
jet diffusers are particularly useful for large conditioned space, where it is
impractical to bring down the ductwork close to the occupant. Example of such
installations is shopping malls, warehouses, air terminals, factories, and etc. Due
to its large opening area, ASLI CG drum type jet diffusers provide maximum air
volume with minimum pressure drop and noise level.

■ Materials
• Outer Frame: CG-T, 1.0mm thickness galvanized steel.
• Inner core: CG-T, 1.0mm thickness galvanized steel.
• Blade: CG-T, 1.0mm thickness galvanized steel.

■ Surface Finish
• Baked white powder coat as standard.

■ Features
• Long throw capability.
• High air flow capability.
• Low pressure drop.
• Low noise level.
• Suitable for exposed ductwork or surface mounted.
• Suitable for wall installation.
• Air flow direction is adjustable.
• Inner core can be adjusted up to 30˚ upward or downward.
• Blades can be adjusted up to 45˚ left or right.
