Regarding the concerns raised concerning your purchase of the Kia Seltos GTX+S (2023), VIN:

to clarify.

Firstly, please know that we value and respect our customers’ trust. The discussions
surrounding the purchase and terms of the deal were conducted verbally, and while not
documented in writing, all details were thoroughly explained before you finalized your purchase.
You also confirmed that you were informed prior to delivery.

Below, we address each of your concerns:

1. Choice of Vehicle Model: You were provided with two options: a 2023 model with a
discounted price but no extended warranty, and a 2024 model with warranty coverage. After
reviewing the options, you chose the 2023 model, accepting the discount provided.

2. Delivery Delay: We requested that full payment be made three days before the scheduled
delivery. However, you completed the payment on the day of delivery, which fell on a festive day
(Dhanteras). We offered to deliver the car the next day to avoid any potential delays, but you
preferred same-day delivery despite the wait.

3. Number Plate Delay: We acknowledge the delay in providing the number plate and apologize
sincerely for the inconvenience caused.

4. Tax Invoice: The tax invoice has already been sent to you.

5. Incorrect Owner Information: This was due to an issue with our system for 2023 VIN models,
as explained during our discussions. We have initiated the necessary corrections, and the ASM
of Kia Motors is currently processing this.

6. Insurance Information: As previously informed, the vehicle’s manufacture year is 2023 (2023
VIN). There is no error with the insurance information.

7. Kia Connect Subscription: Since the vehicle is a 2023 model, the Kia Connect system reflects
the original build date, which will remain the same irrespective of the physical delivery date.
We’d like to reiterate that our agreement was based on a verbal discussion, where you
acknowledged these details and chose the 2023 model due to the discount offered. We also
confirm that no charges of INR 23,877 were applied for an extended warranty.
