VARIANCE IN THE IN MY PARENTS
STATUTORY DECLARATION
I, KAMARA BASHIR R/o KAWEMPE VILLAGE, KISENYI 111 PARISH,
KAMPALA CRNTAL SUB- COUNTY,KAMPALA CENTRAL DIVISION
COUNTY, KAMPALA do solemnly swear and declare as follows;

1. That I am a male adult Ugandan of sound mind, an affirmant herein


and make this statutory declaration in that capacity.

2. That I am a son to ZAINABU SSUUNA( my biological mother) (See


copy of the National identity card attached and marked “A”)

3. That during the registration of the national identity card, I never had
the national identity card of my biological mother. (See a copy of my
national identity card attached and marked ‘‘B’’)

4. That I indicated JENEBA ZAINAB as my biological mother instead of


ZAINABU SSUUNA. (See copy of the National identity card
attached and marked “C”)

5. That I make this statutory declaration to confirm that my biological


mother is ZAINABU SSUUNA and not JENEBA ZAINABU.

6. That I make this declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and


in accordance with the statutory Declarations Act.
