1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF BUSINESS PLAN

Snack Attack will be funded by fourteen Grade 12 ABM Bookkeeping

students from General Santos City National High School. The business name

Snack Attack pertains to the main products of the company, which focuses on

selling snacks that are made from potatoes. Snack Attack will be established at

General Santos City National High School this coming April 17, 2023, and will

operate for ten days as part of the Work Immersion.

In addition, Snack Attack utilized its own organizational structure, where it

divided its departments into four and was led by its general manager. This

includes the production, marketing, sales, and finance departments. The

members will undergo departmental rotation every two days to ensure that all the

members experience working in different departments.

Moreover, the marketing plan of Snack Attack will focus on attracting the

teachers, students, staffs and faculties of General Santos City National High

School, which will serve as its target market. The use of social media, specifically

Facebook, will be part of the marketing strategy, considering its advantages that

will help Snack Attack become known and attract more possible consumers.

Snack Attack will also design its packaging to make it more unique while

reducing its expenses and will utilize a unique anime theme.

Snack Attack also established an operation plan for the ten days of

operations. Operation strategies were also mentioned in this business plan.

Barangay Calumpang's local supplier will be the suppliers of Snack Attack, and

this will help in lessening the company's expenses since Snack Attack will be

established at the same location. The operation process will be strictly observed

to ensure that the objectives of Snack Attack will be achieved.

Furthermore, the finances of Snack Attack will be supported by fourteen

people, with each contributing 7.14% of the start-up expenditures of Snack

Attack. Thus, the projected total start-up investment for this business is

P5,000.00, which will be used for the 10 days Work Immersion operation. Snack

Attack also utilizes financial strategies that will help it manage its finances

successfully and ensure profitability, solvency, and stability.

Therefore, this business plan will help the Work Immersion students

practice their abilities and skills in implementing an actual start-up business.

Thus, this business plan emphasized the overall target goal of Snack Attack for

its ten days of operations.

explains the tasks, duties, functions, and responsibilities of a position. It specifies

who does a particular type of work, how that work is to be accomplished, as well

and goals. Thus, each department of the Snack Attack company has its own

strategies for how it should operate in order to ensure that all plans are carried

out correctly and that the specific goal mentioned in the business plan is met.

William stated that a commitment to marketing is a long-term investment

in your business. Snack Attack gives high value to its target market by offering

them affordable and reasonably priced snacks. Part of the business marketing

plan of Snack Attack is to attract the teachers, students, staffs and faculties of

General Santos City National High School, which will bring profits to the

business.

In addition, Snack Attack wants to achieve an environmentally friendly

business. That is why it will try to use environmentally friendly packaging that is

uniquely and personally designed by the business. This will also help to lessen

the expenses for the packaging of Snack Attack. Snack attack also include its

unique anime theme as part of its marketing strategy.

Furthermore, the use of online platforms will be utilized by the Snack

Attack. The marketing department will focus on introducing the business through

Facebook and reaching its target audience. Given the fact that most of Snack

Attack's target market is technologically involved, the Snack Attack social media

team will be posting contents that will help build the name of Snack Attack and

achieve its success.

Snack Attack’s objective in marketing is to attract its target market while

utilizing a marketing strategy that will aim to establish a good relationship with its

always satisfy our cravings, which made it one of the most in-demand snacks.

Moreover, the theme of Snack Attack wants to achieve an anime vibe. It

has been observed that most of the students of General Santos City National

High School are fond of anime. In fact, anime is one of the trends on online

platforms as it serves as entertainment for its viewers. Hence, we emphasized in

our logo the anime feel to make it fit with the overall contents of our marketing.

number of students enrolled. Given its population, Snack Attack sees this as an

opportunity to gain a high profit. Thus, Snack Attack wants to serve delectable

potato snacks at General Santos City National High School. This will surely be

everyday snacks

shareholder will be use in the implementation of the business.

Snack Attack expenses include ingredients for overload potato, sweeto

coffee, packaging, and marketing expenses. All the expenses are outflows in

cash and the expenses for purchases are variable costs, bringing a total of

P5,000.00 expenses.

The Income statement shows that after the ten-day of operation of Snack

Attack, it brought in P9,000.00 total sales. After deducting all the business

expenses for the ten-day of operations, the net income statement shows that the

business’ net profit after ten days is P4,000.00, or approximately 80% of the

capital invested in the business.

The statement of cash flows shows that it has an inflow of P9,000.00 from

its sales revenue. After deducting it from the payment of expenses, which is an

outflow of cash, the total net cash provided for the operating activities of Snack

Attack is P4,000.00. The P5,000.00 investment was also added to the inflow of

cash. Thus, the cash balance at the end of the month is P9,000.00.

As of the start of the business, South Snacks has P5,000.00 cash for its

assets and the same amount for its owners’ equity, with no liabilities. At the end

of the ten-day of operations, the total assets increased by P9,000.00 , including

the owner’s equity.

Therefore, this financial projection forecast assure Snack Attack

profitability, solvency, and stability.

Attack business plan was meticulously prepared in order to prevent any losses .

This business startup was well planned by the group with the aim of establishing

a successful business for the ten-day Work Immersion. The forecast planning

may not be easy to reach, but with the help Snack Attack marketing, operational,

and financial planning, the desired overall goals of this business plan would be

reached soon.

Furthermore, Snack Attack is a business with a mission. It places a great

importance on satisfying its customers whiles practicing our skills and abilities.

The learning we will gain from this ten-day Work Immersion will push us more to

grow as an ABM students, personally and professionally. Despite the various

hurdles of starting a business, Snack Attack will take a chance to find its way to

success. Snack Attack will work hard for the cost of taste, with defined goals in

mind.
