Opera ons Manager [Remote]

We are searching for an opera ons manager to support business growth ac vi es within the US
Life Science recruitment market. The ideal candidate will be an innova ve individual with
excellent organiza onal skills and the ability to think outside the box. They will have direct
experience in lead gen, data gathering, email management and general administra ve tasks.
Experience in the recruitment sector is a bonus.

This posi on will support long-term growth and will o er the opportunity to hire/manage
addi onal remote employees within 12-18 months.

Working hours for this posi on will be during the EST mezone.

Monday - Friday
8am-5pmEST

Main Responsibili es:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Iden fying job leads using LinkedIn, Indeed, Googlejobs and other pla orms
• Iden fying the relevant POC within the organisa on for each job lead using LinkedIn
• Gathering data including but not limited to company, loca on, job url, job tle, key skills, POC,
POC tle, POC url
• Finding contact details through Apollo, SalesQL and other relevant tools
• Uploading contacts into various marke ng outreach pla orms including Streak CRM and
Dripify
• Sending follow up messages on Linkedin
• Tracking lead responses via various channels including email and LinkedIn

SOURCING

• Screening job descrip ons for con den al informa on and removing sensi ve data
• Crea ng branded job descrip ons and job marke ng posters
• Iden fying and sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Marke ng outreach messages in order to generate interest from relevant candidates using
LinkedIn, email and other pla orms as requested
• Inbox management
• Appointment se ng
• Screening CVs for con den al informa on and removing sensi ve data
• Crea ng CV cover pages using online tools and reforma ng CVs as requested
• Crea ng CVs from LinkedIn pro les in order to match speci c job descrip ons

Helping with other relevant tasks as needed.
