LIST OF CANDIDATES QUALIFIED FOR VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES
FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR IN A.P.SURVEY
AND LAND RECORDS SERVICE (GENERAL / LIMITED RECRUITMENT)
NOTIFICATION NO: 16/2021 DATED: 30/09/2021.

1. It is hereby notified that as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court, A.P. Dt:
21/09/2022 in W.A.No. 725 of 2022 & batch cases and based on the Written On-line (CBT)
Examination held on 21-10-2022 F.N & A.N. at 09 Districts of A.P. to the post of Assistant
Director in A.P. Survey and Land Records Services, vide Notification No:16/2021, dated
30/09/2021,its corrigendum dt:30.10.2021, the candidates with the following Registered
Numbers have been provisionally admitted for verification of Original Certificates in terms
and conditions of Notification. The list is prepared in 1:1 ratio considering category wise
merit. The verification of Original Certificates to be held on 21 .02.2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the
O/o A.P.P.S.C., New HODs Building, 2nd Floor, M.G. Road, Opp. Indira Gandhi
Municipal stadium, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-520010. Out of the following list, if
required candidate do not turn up for verification of Original Certificates in any category,
candidate next in merit list will be called. The individual call letters will be sent to candidates
separately. The result copy can also be seen in the Commission’s Notice Board.

2. The candidates provisionally admitted for verification of certificates are required to


produce the Original Certificates at the time of verification of documents on the same day,
relating to Age(SSC), proof of age relaxation, Qualification, Study Certificates(from IV
to X class), Integrated Community Certificate in case of reserved candidates,
certificate of exclusion from Creamy layer in case of B.Cs from Revenue Authorities in
terms of G.O. Ms. No.3, Backward Classes Welfare (C-2) Department, dt.04/04/2006 and
G.O.Ms.No.26, BC Welfare (C) Dept., dt.09/12/2013, who claim reservation under BC
Community and Migration certificate for candidates who migrated from Telangana to
Andhra Pradesh etc., at the time of verification of certificates, failing which, they will not be
treated as eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Online
Application Form / Certificates. The candidature of such candidate(s) shall be cancelled at
any stage in the process of selection. The Commission has the right to disqualify any
candidate, if he/she is not found eligible for any reason.
3. The qualified Candidates are directed to download the call letter/Memo, two (2) Check
lists and two (2) Attestation forms and other relevant material (formats) from the
Commission’s website: https://psc.ap.gov.in. The individual Memo will be sent to the
candidates. Even in case he/she has not received the Memo he/she can also attend to
certificate verification as per the date mentioned in the Commission’s web note.
4. The result notification is subject to the outcome of the final orders of Hon’ble High Court,
A.P. in W.A. No.725 of 2022 & batch cases and other legal cases if any, pending before the
Hon’ble Court against this recruitment notification.
