Dear Parent
We are glad to inform you all that the new session 2024-25 has been started from 1 st August onwards. In this regard
we are requested to you that you should follow the given instructions and rules:
1. School timings: - Summer timings: 8.00 am to 1.30pm. Winter timings: 9.00 am to 2.00pm (buses ply
accordingly).
2. Parents purchase their ward’s school uniform and books as soon as possible.
3. Every fourth Saturday will be a holiday.
4. There will be activities on all working days (according to the activity planner which will give by respective
teachers’ time to time) of the month. All students are expected to participate very actively in all these
activities since they are part of Evaluation.
5. You shall carefully go through the Student Planner, diary and circular etc.
6. The diary is meant for correspondence between parents and teachers. It must be brought to school daily and
should be regularly checked by parents and duly signed.
7. Students bring their books and notebooks according to the given time table.
8. You shall send your ward regularly to the school in the prescribed school uniform only and follow all directions
given by teachers from time to time.
9. Student’s nails and hair should be trimmed and girls should be make plates or tie properly.
10. Your ward must be carried lunch box, water bottle and any one fruit.
11. All students are required to follow the school rules and maintain discipline at all times.
12. Please do not send your child to school if he /she are unwell. A proper application or Medical certificate must
be submitted in writing by the parents.
13. Parents are requested to co-operate in the working of the school by enforcing punctuality, discipline and
taking a daily interest in their child’s progress.
14. If parents want to interact with teachers regarding any matter, then they can give the note in their Ward's
school diary or call on 9891994405-02
15. You shall not associate yourself in any negative elements / activity which shall demoralize your ward in any
manner and shall remain a responsible parent of G.J. International School.
16. Parents shall visit the Principal only during visiting hours on all working days; unless otherwise notified.
17. No parent will go directly to classroom or interact with any member of the staff on working days in the
campus without permission from the Principal or unless otherwise notified.
18. There will be weekly Tests / Evaluations and its result will be made available to all parents in the “Parent -
Teacher Meet (PTM)”. Parents are requested to sign the report card, test papers, and teacher’s remarks so
that they are abreast with the progress of their child.
19. Attending the PTM by parents is mandatory.
20. If a parent cannot meet the Class Teacher on PTM day, then, he/she shall obtain special permission from the
Principal; otherwise, the ward will not be permitted to continue his /her studies.
21. Promotion to students will be granted on the basis of regularity of the attendance (85%) and the pupil’s
academic year performance during the entire year.
22. We expect parents and guardians to be cordial and polite with the staff of the school even in the most toxic
situations.
23. Monthly fee must be deposited up to 10 date of every month. After due date rs.10/- per day fine will be
charged.
24. If you change your address and contact number, then you have to inform us on time.
25. You are required to inform us in written (leave application) if your ward will take leave. Otherwise you will be
responsible for the further consequences.
26. If you want to take transfer certificate of your ward for any reason, then you are required to give an
application for the same before one month.
