JOINING CIRCULAR

On Behalf of Golecha family, it is our pleasure to welcome Mr. Vinod Mathur, who has joined us,
as General Manager-Human Resources on 8th Dec. 2018 and will be based at ASDC -
1, Udaipur. He will report to Mr.______________________

He is a commerce graduate from Rajasthan University in 1989, Post Graduate Diploma


in Personnel Management from National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata
in 1992 and also completed an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from
XLRI, Jamshedpur in 2016.

He brings with him rich experience of 25 years in Human Resources, Industrial Relations,
Facilities & Services, and Government Liaison & CSR with well reputed corporate sectors
having businesses in Project Management, Manufacturing, EPC, Thermal Power, Oil &
Gas, and Fertilizer & Chemicals.

He started his career with Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (A K. Birla Group of
company) in 1992 and further worked with Punj Lloyd Limited, New Delhi, Essar
Projects India Limited, Jamnagar, Gujarat and Adani Power Rajasthan Limited where
he served in various capacities. Prior to joining us, he was working with M/s Consulting
Engineers Group Limited, Jaipur and heading corporate HR functions as Vice President
- HR.

His wife Mrs. Shiwani Mathur is post graduate and a home maker. He is blessed with two
daughters and a son. His elder daughter is a Software Engineer and serving with a Jaipur
based IT company. Younger Daughter & Son are studying in XIIth & XIth standard respectively.
