2. WBS and Gantt chart


In this section, you are expected to present WBS and Gantt chart that visualize your
project as a whole. They help you better manage and monitor your research project.
WBS goes first and then you need to present Gantt chart!
Notes: you should remember that: if you want to break one node, remember to produce at
least 2 smaller nodes for it. WBS and Gantt chart must be consistent (activities in WBS
need to be included in Gantt chart, particularly the bottom nodes – lowest level
activities). You must sequence the activities before you put them in Gantt chart.
3. Resource and cost
You should imagine the cost and the resources available for your project.
