STRUCTURE FOR DOMINION CELL

I will start with the challenges that I faced or the cell faced and based on that I came up with the

structure for this semester to help curb or improve up the commitment of the cell and these

challenges are as follows;

CHALLENGES

-Low commitment level

-Academic excuses and other excuses

-Low faith level

-Mother churches excuses or issues

-Invite to other churches by friends

MEETINGS: Thursday 7-8 pm or Friday 6-7 pm

TEACHINGS: Review of unmerited favor book by Deacon Leslie

A chapter for discussion during cell meetings.

The VENUE of cell meetings will be at Swedi Hostel OR New Century Park.

One-on-one leadership teachings on unity are given at random times by Deacon Leslie, Minister

Virginis, and Joojo.

Checking up on individuals, visitations and phone calls every day will be done by Deacon Leslie,

Minister Virginis, and Joojo.

New members will always be introduced to the Zonal Pastor for further follow ups.
Prayer days- Last Fridays of the month

Evangelism days- Evangelism will be held on Wednesdays but cell members will always join

Corporate Evangelism when the time is needed.

Please also I have also plan to call them and instill the Importance of they bringing their friends

to church and why it is important that those around you must be in the same with them church as

well.

Teaching session on importance of Evangelism or soul winning will be done.

Target for December camp- 20 members

The target for the semester in terms of numbers- 30 members

Target for incoming level 100s- 30 members

Drink up and get together will be at the end of the Semester or when the church is having a get to
gather then we will equally participate to maintain the love and Unity among the members.
