2 • To determine the angle of prism with the help of a spectrometer.

5 • To find the wavelength of the prominent lines of mercury spectrum using plane transmission grating.
6 • To determine the frequency of an electrically maintained tuning fork by Melde’s method.
7 • To determine the resistance per unit length of a Carey Foster’s bridge wire and also to find out the specific resistance of a given wire.
8 • To determine the value of acceleration due to gravity (‘g’) in the laboratory using bar pendulum.

10 • To determine the value of acceleration due to gravity in laboratory by using using kater’s pendulum
