Mandate for Transfer of Football Player Contract

Purpose of Mandate
This mandate authorizes the transfer of the football players
FOOTBALL ACADEMY to LEMIEUX SPORTS MANAGEMENT for representation,
promotion, and management services as outlined below.
Terms and Conditions of the Mandate
1. Transfer of Representation Rights:
_____________________FOOTBALL ACADEMY agrees to transfer non-exclusive rights of
representation and management of its players to LEMIEUX SPORTS MANAGEMENT
for the duration of players enrollment in the football academy.
2. Scope of Services:
The Sports Management Company will provide career management, contract
negotiation, public relations, and other necessary support services for the player.
3. Duration of Mandate:
This mandate shall remain in effect from , to 2029
with the possibility of extension based on players career progress and agreement
from all parties.
4. Compensation and Financial Terms:
LEMIEUX SPORTS MANAGEMENT shall receive 10 percent of any transfer fees,
sponsorship deals, or other earnings generated from the player’s representation
under this mandate.
Payment terms, invoicing, and other financial details will be settled as per mutually
agreed terms.
5. Obligations of the Football Academy:
FOOTBALL ACADEMY shall not engage in activities or
representations on behalf of the player that conflict with this mandate.
FOOTBALL ACADEMY will provide all necessary
documentation, medical records, and other support as requested by LEMIEUX
SPORTS MANAGEMENT.
6. Obligations of the Sports Management Company:
LEMIEUX SPORTS MANAGEMENT will act in the best interests of the player and
ensure transparency in negotiations, sponsorships, and financial agreements.
The company will provide regular updates to any current players being put forward
for a transfer to any club. Company will provide regular updates on the players
progress and any relevant contractual matters.
7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep the terms of this mandate and any player-related
information confidential and will not disclose it without prior written consent.
8. Termination Clause:
This mandate may be terminated by either party under the following conditions:
Mutual agreement in writing.
Breach of terms and conditions by either party.
Unilateral termination with 30 days notice.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This mandate shall be governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria and
any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
in Nigeria.
