GROOMING STANDARDS
Uniform Requirements
Each role at Haywire & The Ranch requires a designated uniform. Uniforms should reflect our style ethos,
featuring natural earth tones and quality, well-tailored fabrics. All uniform items must be kept clean, ironed, and
in good repair. Uniforms that are worn, stained, ripped, or faded must be promptly replaced.

Hair Style
Hair should be neat, well-groomed, and secured to prevent contamination of food and beverages. We support
hairstyles that reflect individuality within the bounds of professional standards; however, extreme hairstyles or
colors are not permitted.

Facial Hair
Facial hair, including mustaches and beards, must be well-groomed and regularly trimmed to maintain a clean
appearance. It should match your natural or current hair color, without any artificial coloring.

Nails
All team members are expected to keep their hands and nails clean, trimmed, and cut to an appropriate length,
following local health regulations to ensure safety and hygiene across both service and kitchen operations.
GROOMING STANDARDS
Cosmetics
Makeup should be applied conservatively and in neutral tones, ensuring it is well-blended for a professional
appearance. Team members should avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or aftershaves to accommodate scent
sensitivities.

Jewelry & Piercings

Facial piercings are allowed but should be limited to small, discreet studs no larger than 2mm. Clear spacers
may be used where necessary. Earrings and other jewelry should be minimalistic and reflect the natural tones or
understated metals of our brand’s aesthetic. Team members with gauges should wear skin-toned gauges to
maintain a professional look.

Tattoos
Tattoos on the face and neck must be covered during work hours to maintain a uniform professional
appearance.
