PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) with experience 5 years in a


similar position; or Diploma Degree (D3) with experience 8 years
in a similar position in engineering (i.e. mechanical, metallurgy,
structural, civil, naval architecture, offshore engineering).
Preferably have experience in inspection and engineering
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Familiar with manpower arrangement, planning and scheduling.
Have strong leadership, responsive and good communication

ENTRY ENGINEER

Requirements :

Hold min bachelor’s degree (S1) with experience up to 2 years


with educational background in mechanical, material, structural,
naval and chemical engineering discipline from reputable
University / Institute
Having good analytical and problem-solving skill
Having good skill as minimum for MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and MS Teams, PDF software (i.e Foxit PDF)
Preferable familiar with industrial standard and code such as
ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, DNV and BS
Preferable having experience in Oil and Gas Industry and
Offshore (include internship experiences)
Preferably having coding skills.
Preferable having CAD skill (i.e AutoCAD)

CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in structural, civil or ocean


engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with advance knowledge in civil
and/or structural engineering within oil and gas industry
Excellent working knowledge of structural design and
construction requirements.
Have experience using SACS, STAAD Pro or equivalent finite
element analysis software for offshore structure.
•Capable of demonstrating analytical thinking, fit-on-
purpose/practical judgment and risk assessment.
Capable of performing quality assurance processes, coordinate
working team, work with peers, and communicate with others.
Capable to implement basic application level of structural
engineer work which included: site & design basis development,
preliminary facilities (topsides) & structural design, foundations
materials, structural design, buildings, structural calculation,
structural inspection, report writing, construction &
consideration, subsea (bottom mounted) facilities, operations &
repairs.

INSTRUMENT & CONTROL SYSTEM
ENGINEER
Requirements :
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Physic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or
Instrumentation Engineering (S1).
Having the specific certification on instrumentation & control system training /
skill is an added value.
Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in the instrumentation & control
system design, construction or operation of offshore oil and gas platforms and
facilities, and a minimum of five (5) years of total instrument and control
system design experience.
Shall have an intimate and working knowledge of the applicable codes and
standards and shall have been responsible for the instrumentation & control
system design, analysis, and review of least one (1) similar system.
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code: American National
Standards Institute (ANSI), American Petroleum Institute (API), American Gas
Manufacturers' Association (AGA), Instrument Society of America (ISA),
American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Association of
Corrosion Engineers (NACE), International Electro technical Commission (IEC).
Has good experience and knowledge in instrument-electrical equipment
hazardous area classification.
Has good experience and knowledge in reviewing and developing
instrumentation and control system documentations/drawings.
Shall have experienced and familiar with procedures and requirements for
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of
Instrumentation & Control System Project.
Has experience in instrumentation & control system equipment installation,
testing and commissioning, operation & maintenance in oil and gas fields, or
petrochemical field.

ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (S1).


Shall have certification or training in electrical from accredited training
institution.
Shall have experience in a similar position for minimum 5 years.
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for electrical
equipment (NFPA, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, NETA, MTS, etc.).
Has good knowledge in reviewing single line diagram, grounding-bounding-
earthing system, and hazardous area classification.
Familiar with Government requirements for inspection, certification, and
calibration.
Shall have experienced and familiar with procedures and requirements for
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of Electrical
equipment such as MCC, Switchgear, Transformer, Power Generator, etc.
Have a valid Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Area (EEHA) certification
from a reputable institution such as CompEx or equivalent.
Have trained about inspection of electrical equipment such as MMC,
Switchgear, transformer, power generator equipment, etc by Government or
accredited training institution.
Has experience in electrical installation, testing and commissioning and
electrical maintenance in oil and gas field, or petrochemical field.

INSTRUMENT INSPECTOR

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Physic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering,


or Instrumentation Engineering (S1)
Shall have certification or training in instrumentation system from
accredited training institution.
Having the specific certification on metering/measurement training / skill is
an added value.
Shall have experience in a similar position for minimum 5 years.
Familiar with instrumentation tubing and connections with their
standardization, installation, and construction.
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for instrumentation
& electrical equipment (NFPA, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, API, etc).
Has good knowledge in reviewing of instrumentation,

PIPELINE INSPECTOR

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering with


experience in similar position minimum 5 years at offshore
Have valid Pipeline Inspector from Ditjen Migas.
Have a good understanding and interpretation of
standard/code for offshore pipeline such as ASME, API, ANSI,
DNV etc.
Preferably have an API 1169 certificate
Understand pipeline data & drawing.
Preferably have experienced in new pipeline construction
inspection.
Familiar with flexible pipe/risers including its testing
method.
Familiar with corrosion protection methods for pipeline.

COATING / CORROSION INSPECTOR

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)


Familiar with relevant international standards and code.
Having certificate of BGAS / NACE / INDOCOR / SSPC
Coating Inspection Level II or equivalent.
Have 5 years continues experiences in inspection of coating
and painting for structures, piping, vessel, both internal and
external coating.
Have experience of coating degradation assessment in
facilities according to ISO or ASTM
Have good understanding of surface preparation method,
coating application method and coating inspection method.
Capable of identifying and determining kinds of coating
defects.
Have good understanding and interpretation of
standard/code for coating and corrosion as per API, DNV,
NACE, SSPC etc.
Hands-on experience with inspection tools for surface
preparation and coating application.
