Survey results
You can base on our survey and the questions it
contains we got good and feasible answers from 15
people.
We can see that we have some people with habits
of consuming sugars such as soft drinks and juices
and saturated fats but they are the minority so we
can change habits and improve them, however
most of our meetings have good eating habits in
addition to having a regular meal of 3 times a day.
We can also observe that on weekends we neglect
our diet and also the times we go out to eat also
affects us, just as we do not like the idea of ​healthy
food very much, the important thing is to try to
balance our meals.
