Application Catalog
Step 1: Click on “+ Add” next to the “Customer Access Application Starter Kit”
Step 2: Click on
“Request Access”

Multiple sites may be requested
at one time.
Step 3: Fill in the form and click submit Simply type a serial number in
the search field and select it in
the dropdown. Repeat to add
multiple sites
✓ Role of Requestor is User Designation and Phone Number to include Country Code 11
✓ ESN is the SYS ID, and you can provide single SYS ID from a site, hit enter to show it in the drop-drop and this will add the site to your profile
Application Catalog
After you click “Submit”, you will receive a confirmation message
indicating your request has been sent for processing. Close the
window as directed to return to the Application Catalog.
If you receive an error message, there may be an issue processing your request at this
time. You may either try again a little later or use the “Need help? Contact Us” feature
to send us a ticket detailing your issue.
Once your request is fully approved by the application team(s), you will
receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address.
Approval times vary but requests are usually processed within 1-2
business days.
If you have not received a confirmation (or rejection) notice within this
time, contact your application support representative for assistance
at [email protected].

Forgot User ID?
Purpose: Use this feature to retrieve your User ID
How:
1) From the home page, click the “Need help?” text and
select “Forgot ID?” option

3 a) If you opt to reset your account using a security question, you will be guided to a new page. Here, you’ll enter your
email address, answer the security question you originally established for your account, and request a new password.
Click “Submit” to process your password change. Acknowledge the agreement for account usage when prompted.
If successfully updated, you will receive a confirmation message and an email will be sent to the address on file confirming
the change.
3 b) If you opt to reset your account using your email address on file, you’ll be taken to a new screen to confirm the email
address that will be used to reset your account.
An email will be sent to the address on file. This will include a temporary link and instructions to continue with the reset
process.
Note: If you do not see the email in your Inbox, be sure to check your spam folder too in case it was misdirected /
misrouted.
