L'Oréal S.A. is a French multinational personal care corporation registered in Paris
and headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine. It is the world's largest cosmetics company,

(Purpose Departmentalisation)’ as well as based on ‘Organisational Functions (Process
Departmentalisation).’ This results in the company being a part of ‘Combined Base’ type of
organization.

Consumer Products: This category focuses on democratizing the best of accessible and
