AGE CRITERIA
L.K.G - Child Born on or Between 1st April 2020 to
31st March 2021
Play Group - Child Born on or Between 1st April 2021 to
31st March 2022
APPLICATION FORM FEE: Rs. 1000/- Only
MODE OF PAYMENT : ONLINE

KINDLY NOTE

1. Incomplete Application Form and form providing incorrect


information will automatically stand rejected
2. The Date of Birth should be filled according to the original Birth
Certificate.
3. No affidavit will be accepted at the time of submission of the
application form, if the date of birth is incorrect.

4. Parents who attempt to fill the form more than once will not be
eligible for admission and the name of the candidate will be
automatically deleted from the list.

5. Please sign the disclaimer, before submitting the application form


on the day of submission.

6. Application fees Rs. 1000/- to be submitted only online and the


same will not be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Application received after the specified date and time will not be
entertained.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE SCHOOL
OFFICE ON THE DAY OF SUBMISSION

1. The Application Form, duly filled in and signed


by the parent.
2. An attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate of
the child from the municipality.
Attestation by Govt. Notary/Gazetted Officer/
C.A. (Chartered Accountant).

3. A photocopy of the Baptism Certificate in case of a Christian child.

4. A Self Attested Photocopy of Parents’ Aadhaar Card.

Note : Original Certificates on the day of Submission to be


brought along :
1. The Birth Certificate of the Child.
2. The Baptism Certificate (In case of a Christian Child).
3. Aadhaar Card of the Parents.

6th & 7th December, 2024.
3. Result :- 20th January, 2025

NOTE – It is a must for both the parents and the


ward to be present on Interaction Day
along with Counter Foil .

1. Any disorderly conduct near the gate/counter will not be


tolerated. Vigilance and monitoring shall be done by CCTV.

2. The school management reserves all rights of admission or


rejection and is not bound to give any reasons for admission or
rejection of any particular candidate.

3. Recommendations will not be considered and donations will not


be accepted.
