Personality

Personality embraces moods, attitudes, and opinions and is most


clearly expressed in interactions with other people.

Essentially, your personality defines who are you.
Your behavior reflects your personality and informs how
different you are from others.

For example, when you were young, adults often ask you that
what do you want to become when you are grown up. Some want to
become police man or firefighter but when they are grown up their
mindset also change too. They basically want to have a high salary job
and work in a good environment such as a manager.

Openess
This trait is associated with individuals who are more
adventurous and creative than others. They are curious about the
world, eager to learn new things and enjoy new experiences. They
also often have many interests and like to think about abstract
concepts.
Conscienticousness
They usually are thoughtfulness, good impulse control, and goal-
directed behaviors. They often plan ahead, think about how their
behavior affects others, and pay attention to them. People with this
personality will often complete vital tasks immediately.
Extraversion
They are excitable, sociable, talkative, assertive and able to
express emotions well. They prefer going out rather than staying at
home. Being around other people helps them feel excited and
energized. They like to be the center of attention, make friends easily,
and speak before thinking carefully.
Agreeableness
People with this personality trait include trust, altruism,
kindness, affection, and helping behaviors toward others. People who
are rich in this quality tend to cooperate well with others. They care,
care for others, like to help and contribute to the happiness of others.
Neuroticism
Characteristics of people with this personality are sadness,
moodiness and emotional instability. People high in this trait tend to
have mood swings, anxiety, irritability, and sadness. In addition, they
are often stressed, feel insecure, and find it difficult to recover from
stressful events.
