How to attend interview using Microsoft Teams

Candidate’s guide
Step One
- Make sure you get the below email from the recruiter (1) or a direct invite (2)
NB. You do not have to download the application to join the meeting.

Step Two
- Please click on the link which will directly open your default browser (chrome, explorer , morzilla …..)
Step Three
- There are three options that will be visible on your browser. Select the second option “Continue on this
browser”.
Step Four
- After clicking on the continue on this browser button, another page will be displayed. click on “allow” so
that the interview panelist will be able to communicate with you through video and audio.
Step Five
- Enter your name in the space provided so that the interview panelists know who is joining the meeting.
After you are done entering your name, click on the join now button to further proceed.
Step Six
- After the panelist admits you in to the meeting the below page will be displayed for the finale step. You can
control your video and audio setting on the buttons visible on the page. To switch off the video or audio
you will have to click on the icons and a slash mark will appear on those icon to show that the video and
audio are turned off and audio is muted.
Ex – The video with the slash mark on it suggest that the video has been turned off and the other members of the
meeting wont be able to see your side of the video
